Biography

Permelia aka Pamelia was born in 1814 to Eli Williams and Pamela Fuller. She preferred to be called Pamela.^[1][2][3]She passed away in 1883. ^[4] She is probably the daughter of Eli Williams and his first wife Pamela Fuller. (see notes under Eli Willaims) She married Benjamin Allen on 1 Dec 1832 in Cuyahoga, Ohio.^[5] She passed away in Connecticut in 1883.
