Ann was born in Goshen, Chester (now Lancaster) County, Pennsylvania, to Robert Williams (1647-1734) and Gwen (Cadwalader) Williams (born 1670). She married Griffith John, Sr (1683 - 29 May/June 1778) on July 23, 1714.
Ann died in Uwchlan Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Alternate death date: 1782-01-13.[1]
