Samuels Will can be found on Pg. 412 of North Carolina Abstracts. It is as follows:
WILLIAMS, SAMUEL.
Bertie Precinct. April 16, 1736.
November Court, 1736. Legatees: ELIZABETH and SAMUEL WILLIAMS (children of George). Brother and Executor: GEoRoE. Witnesses: EDWARD HERRIN, WALTER PI'I'rs. Clerk of the Court: JNo.WYNNs.
There is not documentation of Samuel being married or having children. In his will, he mentions his brother Georges children Elizabeth and Samuel.
THIS SAMUEL WILLIAMS IS ATTRIBUTED TO THE WRONG PARENTS. HE WAS THE SON OF Roger Williams, Sr., who died in Southwarke Parish, Surry Co., Virginia, before 5 March 1708, and his wife, Mary. I have a web page with downloadable pdf's for the two different, unrelated Williams lines. They are frequently confused with each other because they both moved into North Carolina and lived in the same counties. See especially the pdf listed at the left side of the page: "Two George Williamses on NC Timeline."
