Mrs. Martha Scarbrough, 76, a native of Meridian, MS and resident of Waynesboro passed from this life Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at her residence in Waynesboro.

Mrs. Scarbrough is preceded in death by her husband, Russell Scarbrough.

She is survived by 3 sons, Thomas Scarbrough (Deanna), Manuel Scarbrough (Virginia), Allen Scarbrough (Debbie) all of Waynesboro; daughter, Brenda Nerison of Waynesboro; sister, Jean Grant of Waynesboro; 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; niece, B. J. Landrum of Stonewall.

Visitation for Mrs. Scarbrough will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, October 22, 2015 in the Parlor of Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, October 23, 2015 from the Manassa Cemetery in Clarke County with Rev. Matt Olson and Rev. Aaron Cooley officiating. Interment will be in Manassa Cemetery in Clarke County.
