Biography

James was born in 1863. He was the son of farmer Joseph Williams and Mary Anne Gilkes.[1][2]

He married Elizabeth Ann Barber on 30 December 1890 at St Giles, Northamptonshire.[2]

Research Notes

Elizabeth's father was given as labourer Thomas Barber at their marriage.
