Biography

Jasper was born on December 27, 1847 . He was the son of Andrew Elton Williams and Melissa S. (Underwood) Williams . He passed away on November 8, 1929.

Jasper and his wife were living with their daughter Ada's family in Bay County, Florida in 1920. Jasper was listed as a farmer.
