DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Ann by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Ann:
Richard Williams (1684-1768), his Find A Grave: Memorial #147503912 Buried at All Hallows Church Cemetery in Birdsville, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, USA.
I have removed John Williams and Sarah Lindsey. Maryland Births and Christenings show that the parents of Ann are a different John Williams (and wife Grace).

I am marking her parents (John Williams and Sarah Lindsey) as uncertain, because if she was actually born in 1723, that doesn't fit with those parents having died well before 1723.
