Mary was born in 1842 in Devon, England. She passed away in 1882. She married Baker Banks Carvosso a native of Cornwall, England on the 9th of June 1863 in Adelaide South Australia..

From the Adelaide Observer of Saturday 13 June 1863 we see their Wedding notice:

CARVOSSO—WILLIAMS.--On the 9th June, at the residence of the bride's father, by the Rev. J. Cope, Wesleyan minister, Baker Banks Carvosso, eldest son of Mr. Samuel Carvosso, North Adelaide, to Mary Turner, fourth daughter of Mr. John Williams, of the same place.

From the South Australian Register of Friday 17 November 1882 we see her Funeral Notice:

THE Friends of Mr. B. B. Carvosso are respectfully informed that the REMAINS of his late WIFE, Mary Turner Carvosso, will be Removed from his Residence, Gover-street, North Adelaide, This Day, at 4 p.m., for the Walkerville Cemetery.

Mary Turner Carvosso is buried with her beloved husband Baker Banks Carvosso and 3 of her children; Samuel, Edith and Benjamin at the Walkerville Wesleyan Cemetery in Walkerville, South Australia.
