Biography
NEATHERLIN, Mrs. Millie M. of Houston. Age 80. Died 2/13/1973 in the Golden Age Nursing Home in Houston. She was in failing health for the past 7 years. Services held in Phillips & Luckey Chapel, Rockdale. Burial in the Sandy Creek Cemetery. Minister Tex Stevens of the Church of Christ officiated.
She was BORN 9/21/1892 in Milam Co., the daughter of the late M/M. John H. Williams. She lived in Houston the past 26 years. Husband, J.L. Neatherlin, died in 1937.
SURVIVORS: 2 sons, Brooks Neatherlin and J.R. Neatherlin, both of Houston; daughter, Mrs. Reba Shaw of Houston; brother, Dan Williams of Rockdale; sister, Mrs. Prudie Hairston of Caldwell; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
