Biography

Elihu Williams was the son of Amos Williams and Elizabeth (maiden name unknown). He married Lucinda Owens. They had eleven children; Louis or Lewis Williams, Thomas Craven Williams, Harvey "Harry" M. Williams, Mary Elizabeth Williams, Amos C. Williams, James Williams, William Williams, John N. Williams, Sarah A. M. Williams, Sexton Williams, and Harris Porter or Pitford Williams. It is reported that he and his wife are buried at Dunagan Cemetery but no grave marker has been found.
