Biography

Applied for a confederate soldiers widow's pension twice. First one dated Aug. 17, 1916 and Sept. 3, 1923. the two applications contain the following information. Mrs. L. A. C. May-- Latisha Ann Catherine May. Married Nov 1866. Husbands name W. Green May. (also on a roster of Co B of the 39th, he is listed as Green May) place of residence Simpson County and that Green died at home
