Biography

"David Abeel Williamson was born on February 8, 1821 in New Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey. His parents were Douw Ditmars Williamson Sr. and Mary Ann Abeel. He married Sarah Frances Sloat (daughter of Budd Flower Sloat and Sarah Ganong) on July 8, 1844. They had three children named Gertrude, Anna M., and Harry M.. David was a sugar refiner and member of the South Reformed Church of New York City. He died on March 1, 1883."-source: Find A Grave
