Williamson— Sutton.

ST. Andrews' Church, Dubbo, was the scene of pretty wedding on Wednesday afternoon last, when William Williamson, eldest son of Mrs. S. Williamson, of Peak Hill, was married to Jessie, fourth daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Sutton, of Dubbo. The church, which had been decorated for the occasion by lady friends of the bride, was filled with relatives and spectators. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Frack L. A. Schloeffel, of Sydney, assisted by the Rev. R. Graham McCarron, minister in charge. The bride, who was given away by her father, was becomingly attired in a white Persian lawn semi Empire dress, trimmed with mousailline lace and insertion, and white glacia. She wore the customary bridal wreath and veil, and also an engraved ring, bearing the initials of the bride and bridegroom. She carried a shower bouquet, the gift of the bridegroom. Miss Ethel Sutton, sister of the bride, acted as bridesmaid, and was charmingly gowned in a white Persian lawn frock, trimmed with mousallaine lace and insertion and white glacia. She wore a Merry Widow hat, trimmed with ostrich feathers and relieved with heliotrope. She carried a bouquet and wore a gold bangle, the gift of the bridegroom. The happy couple, who were the recipients of many costly and useful presents, left by the mail train on Wednesday evening for the South Coast, where the honeymoon will be spent. The bride's going-away dress was of navy blue.[3]
