Biography

William was born about 1770. [1]

William can be found in the personal property tax rolls for Nelson County, Kentucky, from 1813 to 1823.[2] [3] This part of Nelson County was included in the organization of Spencer County in 1824. Thus in 1824-1827 William can be found on the Spencer County, Kentucky, personal property tax rolls.[4][5] In 1830 William is found in Greene County, Illinois.[6]

In 1840 William is found in St. Clair County, Illinois.[7]
