Biography
When Alberta Betty Willis was born on August 14, 1924, in Yolo, California, her father, William, was 47, and her mother, Ida, was 38.[1] She married Bartley Hayes Brownell about 1942 (A guess; she is his next of kin on his WWII draft card). She died on October 2, 1984, in Sacramento, California,[2] at the age of 60, and was buried in Sacramento, California.[3]
