Biography
When Alexander Black Willis[1] was born on March 1, 1883, in New Mexico Territory,[2] his father, William, was 40 and his mother, Isabella, was 39. He married Zola Rozalie Burke in 1908;[3] they had four children:
Dennis 'Dennie' Burke (1909–1985)
Edna Beth (1916–2007)
Allo June (1918–1996)
Porter Alexander (1923–2008)
He died on August 20, 1963, in Mendocino, California,[4] at the age of 80, and was buried in Boonville, California.[5]
