Marriage - 12th May 1852 - James Willis age over 22, a widower, farmer of Drumroo, (parish of Aghalurcher; father: Robert Willis, farmer) married Jane Smyth a spinster age over 21, of Dungoghy (father: John Smyth, farmer) witnesses: John Beatty & Edward Murphy

Jane Willis lived in the family home Drumreen, Drumroo townland, Maguiresbridge.

Jane died in 1910 aged 87 years, and is buried in Maguiresbridge Church of Ireland

The family memorial reads In loving memory of my dear father James Willis, Drumroo who died 17th August 1866 aged 65 years. His beloved wife Jane died 30th July 1910 aged 87 years. Also Rebecca Herbert who died 11th June 1919 aged 53 years. Also her sister Susan Willis born 10th June 1860 died 26th November 1926. Robert Reid died 4th April 1890 aged 54 years. Also his beloved wife Jane Reid, died 26th July 1930 aged 91 years. Erected by their sorrowing daughter Mary J. [3].
