She was the daughter of Robert Willoughby, 2nd Lord Willoughby de Broke and Dorothy Grey. She was born around 1510 in Westbury, Wiltshire, England. She married John Paulet, 2nd Marquess of Winchester, son of William Paulet, 1st Marquess of Winchester and Elizabeth Capell. She died Apr 1552 in Basing, Hampshire, England
