The 1821 census lists Thomas Wills as a 56 year old farmer living at Green Lane, in the West quarter of Dunsford, Devon with his wife Mary (52) and their son Thomas (18). Also living with them are Mary Northcott (11, an apprentice not of Dunsford), William Moxey (28, servant by the week not of Dunsford), John Badcock (24, servant by the year), William Dicker (14 Apprentice), John Milford (12, apprentice), and Edward Berry (9 apprentice)[1]
In the 1841 census he is listed as a farmer, living in Dunsford, Devon, England with his wife Mary and 3 grandchildren; Elizabeth Wills (15-19), Jane Wills (6) (This may be Sarah Jane Wills, daughter of Thomas) and Miriam Barstow (14) (possibly Miriam Bastow). [5]
He passed away in 1845.
