JACOB WILLS, b. 8 mo. (Oct.) 19, 1748; d. 3 mo. 31, 1803; son of Micajah and Rebecca (Hewlings) Wills. Declaration of intentions of marriage was first made 3 mo. 8, 1770, and the marriage had been accomplished, 5 mo. 10, 1770. They resided in Evesham Twp., Burlington Co., N.J. He died intestate. Letters of Administration were granted Apr. 27, 1803, to Mary Wills and Zebedee Wills. An inventory of his personal property was taken on Apr. 25, 1803. Her will was dated July 8, 1806, and was probated Aug. 23, 1806.
