Three slaves were recorded in the household of Nathaniel Willson, Jr., for the 1790 US Census.
In 1800, he received a distribution from his brother, John Willson's estate.[2]
Probate
His will is dated 21 June 1802 and proved on 1 July 1802 in Fairfield.[3]
In 1803, the estate distribution was set out to the widow, Nathaniel Wilson, Silliman Wilson, John Wilson, Isaac Wilson, the heirs of Daniel Wilson, decd., Ann Squire, wife of Samuel Squire, Sarah Squire, wife of Daniel Squire, Mary Knap, wife of John Knapp, Ruth Morehouse, wife of Abraham Morehouse, and Eunice Hayes. (The heirs signed the distribution.)[4]
In 1835, after the widow's death, her dower was distributed to his children and grandchildren, his son John Willson, Nathaniel Willson, Silliman Willson, the heirs of Daniel Willson, Isaac Willson, Ruth Morehouse, wife of Abraham Morehouse, Eunice Hays, Sarah Squire, Mary Knapp, and Ann Squire.[5]
