Biography

Frank C. Wilson was born in Ohio in 1878, the son of William W. and Anna V. (Russell) Wilson. His mother died in 1898.

Frank Wilson was born 8 November 1878 in Urbana, Champaign, Ohio, the son of W.W. Wilson and A.V. Russell.^[1]

In 1880, the Wilson family lived on Scioto St., Urbana, Champaign, Ohio. All members of the household were born in Ohio, except as noted. The household included William W. Wilson, 38, parents born in Ohio, a bank cashier; his wife, Ann V., 35, parents b. VA, who had measles that day; their children, William R., 7, in school; Carrie V., 4, with measles; and Frank C., 2, also with measles. Also living with them were two servants, Mary Downey, 33, b. Ireland; and Grace D. Copland, 18.^[2]

In 1900, the Wilson family lived at 454 Scioto Street, Urbana, Ohio. The household included William W. Wilson, 58, a widower, born in Ohio in May, 1842. His parents were born in Ohio. He was a bank cashier who owned their house without a mortgage; his three children, all born in Ohio, as was their mother: William R., 27, b. May 1873, a manufacturer; Carrie V., 23, b. April 1877; and Frank C., 22, b. Nov 1878, a bookkeeper. Also living with them was a domestic servant, Mary Harrigan, 25. All members of the household could read and write. ^[3]

Frank Clifton Wilson, 25, and Anna Lolette Williams, 21, were married on 16 June 1904 in Champaign, Ohio. The Rev. J.E. Abrams officiated. Frank, a bookkeeper, was born 11 November 1879 in Urbana, Ohio, the son of W.W. Wilson and Anna V. Russell. Anna was born 25 November 1883 in Urbana, Ohio, the daughter of Gilbert Judd Williams and Ella Minturn.^[4]

Frank married Anna Lolette Williams. Frank died at age 93. He is buried in Oak Dale Cemetery, Urbana, Champaign, Ohio. ^[5]
