At marriage in 1882, Sarah resided at Clinty, County Antrim, Northern Ireland.
Children, according to the 1901 census: Jane, Sarah, Elizabeth, John (all born before 1892 in Antrim); and Mary, Maude, and Nan (all born in Glasgow thereafter).
Sarah died of uterine cancer at 9 Seamore Street in Glasgow at 4:30 p.m. Her residence was listed as 66 Napiershall Street in Glasgow. (Note that the two locations are about 300 metres apart.)
