Harold Francis Wilson was born on 19 Jan 1899 in Canterbury, Kent, England to parents Alexander Wilson and Annie O'Toole. ^{[1] [2] [3]} He was born in the Canterbury Army Hospital. His father served in the British Army as a Lt. Col. during World War I and died in 1919 when Harold was 20 years old. ^[4]

Harold died at age 23 on 26 Apr 1922 in Whitechapel, London, England. ^{[5] [6]}
