Biography
Maggie was born in 1893 in Lancs Fleetwood. She was the daughter of Richard William P Winch and Elizabeth Phillis (Surridge) Winch.
In the 1911 census Maggie (age 18), Weaver Cotton, was the single daughter of Richard Winch at 573 Chorley New Road Horwich Lancs, Horwich, Lancashire, England.[1]
