George Winchester was born about 1828.
In the 1851 census George (age 23), Waiter, was the unmarried servant of James Mollison at 25, Union Street, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.[1][2]
George (46) married Barbara Harvey Porter(18) on December 31, 1851 in Old Machar, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire. [3]
Their son was James Winchester.
George died about 1862, aged about 57.
Research Notes
Barbara states she is a 'waiters wife' and with her parents in 1861. She married a second time in 1869.
Searching for George in 1851 there is an unmarried George from Elgin aged 23 who was a waiter in an Aberdeen hotel - have changed his birth from 1804 to 1828. Added this as his birth location.
