Biography
Wallace was born in 1907, the son of Walter Pope Winchester (1875-1933) and Theresa Janet Foreman (1879-1910). [1]
In 1957 he married Minnie Beatrice Pickering. [2]
Wallace passed away in 1992, aged 85. [3]
Following a service on 26 October 1992 at Fawkner Memorial Park, his remains were interred in Lawn Of Tranquillity, Row S, Grave 1056. [3]
