In 1820, Azariah Armstrong, living in Plainfield, Otsego, NY, had 1 male 10 - 14, 1 female 26 - 44, 4 males under 10 and 1 female 10-14. They were still living in the same place in 1840. Azariah died March 23 1855.
Avis' grand-daughter Inez Irene Armstrong (daughter of David) was a member in good standing of the Daughters of the American Revolution - apparently her great grandfather Hopestill Armstrong fought.
