Janet Pearl Wing was born on October 11, 1946 in Spokane, Washington, United States, daughter of John Conde Wing and Leona Mae Hegel.^[1]

Janet (38) and Mike P Popoff (46) were married on June 24, 1985 in Spokane. Mike was born about 1938. He was the son of Peter Mike Popoff and Mabel John (Koftinoff) Popoff.

Janet died on February 24, 2017 in Spokane, aged 70. She was buried in Pines Cemetery, Spokane Valley.^[1]
