Children: Ebenezer (1694), Sylvanus (1697), Thankful (1702), Mary (1704).
Batchelor elected to remove in 1700 to Scituate where his wfe, Joanna Hatch, had properties.
Joanna Wing, wife of Bachelor, was a member in good standing of the 2nd church of Scituate, of which the Rev. William Witherell was pastor. We assume from this that Bachelor Wing and his family were not Quakers, and we have never found anything in their line to indicate that any of his descendants were members of that faith. There is an ancient tradition in the family that Bachelor Wing and his wife Joanna were cousins. There may have been something in this, as the Hatch family lived at one time in Sandwich, England.[CI:1185:?4:CI]
Bachelor made a will in Hanover, 15 Apr 1740, which was proved 3 Jun 1740.
"Bacheler ye son of Daniell & Anna Wing Was borne ye 10 day of ye 10 moth 1671" at Sandwich.
Imported only 1739 from Death Date and marked as uncertain.
