Penelope was born 9 Feb 1832 and died 20 May 1895. She married first Amos Clark and married second John Dunnaway Sullivan. Penelope, a remarkable woman reared her own children as well as seven orphans [one was Henry Marston]. Penelope was a hard name to pronounce and so the little ones called her “Ep”. Later the village of Ep [near Greenup] was named for her.https://issuu.com/cincinnati/docs/nky-w/46
