Henry was born in 1859 to Abraham Winger and Elizabeth Shoup. He passed away in 1924. [1]
"The cider mill [in the village of Edgeley in Vaughan] stood a short distance south of the store on the east side of the road, behind the farm buildings and to the north of the lane. It was owned and operated by Samuel Snider on Lot 5, Concession 4. He produced only apple cider, for the machinery or press was operated by horsepower. When his son-in-law, Abraham Winger, took over, Abraham and his brother Henry put up a new building closer to the road. This mill was operated by steam power and they produced cider, apple cider, and apple jelly." [2]
