Beacham Helton, et ux to Henry Lots.As know all men by these presents that we, Beacham Helton and Susanna his wife, late Susanna Winkle, now of Sullivan County in the state of TN which said Susanna is a grand daughter & one of the co-heirs of Reinhart Bott, late of the County of York in the state of Pennsylvania, deceased, have constituted, made and appointed and by these presents do hereby constitute, make and appoint Henry Lots of Sullivan County aforesaid our trrue and lawful Attorney to ask and demand, recover and receive in our names or in the name of the grantor Beacham Helton herein named all the Estate whether real or personal, money or legacies which may have descended, been devised or bequeathed to the said Susanna by the above mentioned Reinhard Bott or his late wife Elizabeth Bott or any other of the Ancestors or Relations of the said Susanna in the county of York, aforesaid, or elsewhere in whose hands and posession the same may have come or now are hereby granting as full poewer to our said Attorney to receive possession of, to sell or dispose of the real estate if any as aforesaid, and also to ask, demand, and recover when receiving to receipt for and acquit the heirs Executors or Administrators of the said Reinhart Bott and Elizabeth Bott or any other person whatever for whatever property real or personal may have been divided, descended or beaueathed to the said Susanna in manner aforesaid as fully and amply as we or either of us could do were we personally present and acting in that behalf.In witness thereof we have herreunto set our hands and seals this eighteeth day of February A.D. 1808.
