Viola was born about 1832. She is the daughter of William Winn and Mary Weakley.
Wm. M. Winn (age 45 and b. in TN) was head of a household in the 1860 census for Dallas Co., TX. Other Winns in the home were Mary S. (age 50), Sallie (age 15), Viola (age 18), and Thomas M. (age 21). All members of the household were b. in TN.
