Norma was born July 12, 1932 in Perquimans County, North Carolina, United States. She was the daughter of Elisha Winslow and Elsie Winslow. She passed away December 22, 2012 in Elizabeth City, Pasquotank County, North Carolina, United States.
Norma was buried in December, 2012 at the Up River Cemetery in Nicanor, Perquimans County, North Carolina, United States.
Norma Winslow Ange, 80, of 4017 Timmerman Drive, Elizabeth City, died Saturday, December 22, 2012 at her home.
Born in Perquimans County, she was the daughter of the late Elisha and Elsie Winslow and was the wife of Carlie E. Ange. Mrs. Ange was a member of First Baptist Church. She had worked at Albemarle Hospital for a number of years in medical records. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Ange is survived by two sons, Keith White, and wife Cindy of Yorktown, Va. and David Ange, and wife Suzie of Camden; a sister, Daphne Winslow Jackson of Appomattox, Va.; a grandson, Jordan Ange; and a special niece, Cindy Ranson of Appomattox, Va. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Elaine White Whitley.
