Edward Winslow is interred at the Center Cemetery in Rochester, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.
Edward was born in 1681[1]
and passed away in 1760.[2] His parents were Kenelm Winslow (1635-1715) and his first wife, Mercy Worden (1644-1688).[3]

Sarah born 1707; married before 1725, Thomas Lincoln, of Rochester, where he died 15 June, 1730, aged 30. She married second, as fourth wife, 31 May, 1731, James Whitcomb, of Rochester, born 21 Aug. 1697, Scituate, son of James and Mary (Parker) of Scituate. He died 1763, in Western, Massachusetts
Lydia born 8 Sept. 1709; died 7 Jan. 1770; married 10 July, 1729, Deacon James Foster.
Mercy born 11 Sept. 1712; married 10 Oct. 1730, Chillingsworth Foster, Jr.
Thankful born 2 Apr. 1715; died before 2 Oct. 1758; married 10 Apr. 1735, Josephus Hammond, of Rochester, Mass

The will of Edward Winslow Esq., of Rochester was dated 2 October 1758 and proved on 21 July 1760 in Plymouth. He mentions his wife, Sarah (she is bequeathed the continued enslavement of his black woman, Dinah), and his children, Edward Winslow, Mehitabel Winslow, wife of Thomas Winslow, Sarah, wife of James Whitcomb, Lydia, wife of James Foster, his three grandchildren, Seth Lincoln, Mehitabel Russell, and Rachel Phillips, Edward Winslow (son of Mehitabel), Edward Winslow (son of his son Edward), Edward Whitcomb, (son of Sarah), Edward Hammond (son of Thankful), Edward Foster (son of Lydia), the children of his daughter Thankful Hammond, decd., late wife of Josephus Hammond, (Edward, Parnel, Thankful, and Zerviah Hammond), and his son in law Chillingworth Foster (and his five children by his late wife Marcy),[6]
His inventory was taken on 15 July 1760 which included an enslaved black woman named Dinah.[7]
