Benjamin was born on 14 November 1811 and baptised in London, England. He was the son of James & Rachel.[1]
He was the son of James Winter and Rachel (Fulbrook) Winter.

Benjamin was baptised in 1811 in China Terrace Wesleyan Church, Lambeth, London, England.

Benjamin married Rachel Boxall on 17 November 1833 in St Leonard's, Shoreditch, London, England.[2]

In 1841 Benjamin (age about 29) was living in Charles St, St Pancras.

In 1851 Benjamin (age about 39) was living in Winter Gallery, 87 Charles Street, Marylebone. Occ Bricklayer employing 14 men
