Edna was born in 1907. She was the daughter of Ernest Winter and Hilda Loney. She lived with her parents in Camrose as of the 1926 Census.
She married Kenneth Tookey in 1930 in Hughenden, Alberta.
She passed away in 1988, and was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth Tookey in 1983. At her death, she was survived by one son, Gerald Mark and wife Olive; one grandson, Darrell Ross and wife Marilyn Tookey; three great-grandsons, Colan, Ryan and Braydan; one granddaughter, Norah Jean Marie and her husband Kevin Cook and great-granddaughter Charlene; four brothers, Cecil and wife Lola, James and wife Lois, Earl and Harvey.
Note: 1911 Canadian census lists birthplace as USA; 1916 census lists it as Ontario, and 1926 census lists it as Alberta. Quarve Genealogy book lists it as Enderlin, ND, and the date of May 22, 2907.
