According to 1901 Census, 1 year old Philipine Wirth was born July 16, 1900 in Canada to Peter and Philipine Wirth. She was the youngest of five children living at the family farm at the time.[2]
According to Naturalization papers registered in 1943, Philipine was born July 16, 1899 in Neudorf, Saskatchewan and married Adolph Baber/Barber on November 25, 1919 in Neudorf. Prior to entry to the US at Detroit, Michigan through Windsor, Ontario, Philipine was a resident of Lemberg, Saskatchewan. She had two children, both born in Canada: Paul (04-13-1921) and Wilfred (12-25-1923).[3]
