Wise-1210 and Wise-673 do not represent the same person because: While the dates & locations are the same and correct for the 2 John Pattersons, the parents, siblings, wives and children are different and cannot be merged. The data for Wise-1210 is correct while the listed data for Wise-673 is for John Patton Wise his first cousin.
Hello Gary, Just suggested the merge for review based on WikiTree rules. Maybe some edits are needed since the men married the same woman. Click on Mary (Lacy) Wise and you will see she is the wife of both men. Also what is the possibility of 2 males that are cousins being born and dying on the same days and each in the same locations. Agree it is the PM’s decision.
There are two different sets of parents cited for John Patterson Wise, being Joseph Wise & Margaret Patton and also Sherwood Wise & Sarah Patton. All have the same dates for birth & death for John Patterson. There do not appear to be any sources cited for either set of parents. Does anyone have sources to prove either set of parents?
