Note NI6376Lived with brother Soloimon at Fall Creek Twp., Madison Co., in 1850; Harvey served in the Minnesota 2nd Calvary regiment, Co., C, 1863-1865. He fought in hte Indian War in Minnesota and Dakota Territory. They moved to Mitchell Twp., Mitchell Co., IA by 1876 and were there in 1880, then to Austin in 1886. On 18 May 1875, the Village of Lyle paid H. Wiseman .25 to paing th 'lockup' and this was the first order ever drawn against the Village of Lyle. Harvey entered the service 1 DEC 1863 at London, Freeborn Co., MN, came home sick 17 NOV 1865 and was invalid until his death in 1888. Polly ran a grocery store in Austin for 12 years, following the death of Harvey. 1 1 1
