Biography
James Withers was born about 1747 or 1748 in Fauquier, Colony of Virginia. He was the son of Thomas Withers and Elizabeth Ashby Williams. [1]
James Withers died in 1791. His will was probated 25 July 1791 in Fauquier County, Virginia. In it he names his wife Elizabeth and son John Withers as executors. [2] [3]
