Biography

Betty was born in 1749 in Overwharton Parish, Stafford County, Colony of Virginia. She was the daughter of Thomas Withers and Elizabeth Ashby Williams. [1]

Marriage & Family

Betty married Minor Winn 17 October 1766 in Warrenton, Fauquier County, Colony of Virginia. [2] Betty and Minor Winn had the following children:
