Family #71 in the 1834 Grimm census.
Family #75 in the 1857 Grimm census.
According to the 1857 census, he and his family moved to Rosenberg in 1852.
Because of the 14-year gap between the birth of his third and fourth child, it seems likely that he and his wife had some daughters born between 1835 and 1842. These women were probably old enough to be married and living with other families in 1857. They may have remained in Grimm or they may have moved to Rosenberg with the rest of their family members. It's possible the 1857 Rosenberg census might reveal some of these marriages if these daughters and their husbands still lived with the Wittmann family.
