Edward J. Pastula, 90, of South Windsor, beloved husband of Marie (Cynar) Pastula, passed away on Monday (January 25, 2010) at Rockville General Hospital. He was born in Suffield, in 1919, moving to South Windsor in 1923.
He was the son of the late John and Stella (Wlazlo) Pastula.
In addition to his wife of 61 years, Marie, he leaves his children:

Family and friends may gather, Friday at 9 a.m., at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home, 419 Buckland Road, South Windsor, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., at St. Margaret Mary Church, 80 Hayes Road, South Windsor. Burial with military honors will be held at Wapping Cemetery, South Windsor. His family will receive friends, Thursday from 5-8 p.m., at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home.
