Newport Borough
In the name of God, Amen, I, Peter Wolf, of the Borough of Newport County of Perry and State of Pennsylvania, being in good health and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at anytime heretofore made and as to such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to invest me with I dispose of the same as follows, to wit-
First - I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses including Tombstone not exceeding twenty five dollars in price, be fully paid out of my estate by my Executor hereinafter named as soon after my death as shall by him be found convenient. Also, As is my will and I do direct that all the property real and personal of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my death, be sold by my executor hereinafter named the ? thereof after payment of debts funeral and all other expenses to be applied as hereinafter directed and to effectuate this my intention, I do hereby vest in my Execcutor full power and authority to dispose of my Real Estate in fee simple, in as full and large a manner in every aspect as I could myself do if living.
Second - I give an bequeath to my beloved wife, Susan Wolf the sum of five hundred dollars in money bo be paid to her by my executor hereinafter appointed as soon after my death as may be convenient to be for the sole use of herself, her Executors, Administrators and assigns, and to be deemed and taken to be in lieu and bar of her dower, or ? ? or other portion of and in all my estate.
Third - I give and bequeath to my much esteemed friend and relative, Philip Zeigler in consideration of the many favors and services rendered me by himself and family the sum of Two hundred dollars to be freed to him at anytime within one year from my death.
Fourth - I give and bequeath all the residue and remainder of my estate or proceeds thereof as foresaid to my daughter, Mary Wolf, (Or should I have more than one child living at my death then the same to be divided between them, share and share alike.)

Provided always however, that no child of mine is living at my death or is in care, my said child or children should die under the age of twenty one years without lawful issue, then and in that case, the Legacy or (Legacies) to us aforesaid bequeathed to my child (or children) shall be paid and distributed as follows to wit:
To the heirs of my brother, Jacob Wolf, deceased, the sum of twenty five dollars.
To the heirs of my brother, Daniel Wolf, the sum of twenty five dollars
To my sister, Sally Shull, the sum of twenty dollars
To my niece, Mary Jacobs, the sum of ten dollars
To my niece, Elizabeth Myers, the sum of five dollars
To my nephew, Ulysses Keeley, the sum of five dollars
Provided Said Several Items be claimed by said Legatees within one year from the time they fall due, publication in local public newspaper shall be run for at least one month by my Executor hereinafter named, which said publication sufficient notice to said Legatees ? said neutral terms ? as to ? within the time aforesaid then the Legatee shall vest(?) absolutely in my interest Reid and Kinsman - (This whole paragraph is very faded and hard to read!)
Don L. Gantt, to be ? ? for the ? ? of himself, his heirs, ?, administrator, assigns. All the use, residue and ? said legacy or legacies, to aforesaid bequeathed, to my child or children, under his proviso first aforesaid.
I give and bequeath to my sister, Mary Lemon to be paid to her or in case
