22 Jun 1951: Mrs. Sallie E. Van Winkle, widow of Alfred S. Van Winkle, died at the home of her son, Charles, 128 Canal Street, last night. She was 90 years old. She was a daughter of the late John and Rosanna Light Wolf, and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. Surviving are three sons, Charles and Alfred, Lebanon; Walter, Palmdale; three daughters, Mrs. Charles Blouch, Mrs. John Gable and Mrs. Jacob Werner, all of Lebanon; 32 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
