Biography
"Mrs. Wilhelmina Hoffman passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Alfred Lambke in Green's Coulee yesterday at the age of 85 years, after an illness of but three days. Her daughter and two brothers, who live on farms at Onalaska, survive.
Immigrated to the United States after her husband Ernst died. Departed on the ship Westphalia from Hamburg, Germany, on April 28, 1880. Residence was listed as Steinburg, Holstein. Arrived in New York City on May 12, 1880, with two of her children, Bertha and Martha. Also on the ship was her daughter Louisa Hoffmann Wolf and her family. "
