Fannie was born in 1864, the eldest daughter of John Wolfe and Catharine "Kate" Johnson. Their family lived on their farm in Delaware Township, Northumberland, Pennsylvania.
Between 1880-1885, Fannie married William C. Cronrath (1863-1938), the only son of Charles R. Cronrath and Sylvia Carpenter. William and Fannie's children included:
Sylvia Cronrath (1884-1968) - married Truman Dale Wertman (1884-1960)
John Wolfe Cronrath (1886-1961) - married Margaret Oakes Follmer (1886-1963)
Fannie died at age 73 in 1937 due to bladder cancer. She was buried in Watsontown Cemetery, Watsontown, Northumberland County, PA.
