George immigrated to Canada in 1899 and lived with daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann Bourne and George Wolfe in the Kootneys, BC. Appears on 1901 Canadian census.

Between 1901 and 1905, moves to Rensselaer, New York, USA to live with daughter Teresa Mary (nee Wolfe) Record.
